Terms of Service, (TOS), for Complete CMS Solution Installation with Cyber Capital.

Each Client will require a seperate service based on individual or business requirements.

For complete Systems the pricing structure will range from £200.00 to £2,000.00 depending on the System and the requirements of the Client.

We send an initial 'Fact Finder' to a potential Client requesting details of the type of facilities they will require within the CMS, including content, theming (templating), systems and payment options.

We install the System onto a Server for a Client to operate and test so that we can be agreed on the final installation and migration process. We can use a live session during this process to iron out any queries or operating procedures for the CMS. The live session can be conducted through our live help centres, the internal Cyber Capital Private Messaging or your choice of Instant Messenger.

Once the CMS has been mutually agreed, we then invoice and accept payment on the agreed system. On receipt of payment and a 'Sign Off Agreement' we migrate the installation to the Client's Server or Host. Up until the final sign off the Client will have full Adminstration Access to the installation to initially familiarise themselves with the CMS, (normally 1 week will suffice, maximum 4 weeks unless otherwise agreed).

After the migration process the Client will have Total access including FTP file transfers and Database Control. We would suggest any required Username and Password changes after the completed migration. If your are subscribing to our Annual Support Package then you may wish to leave an Administration User and Password in place for CyberCapital admin. You may of course create a new User with Admin rights as and when you see fit for CyberCapital Administration support.
